1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as ear picks may not be eligible for return once opened/used unless defective.

  • Please contact us before initiating a return to confirm eligibility.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped, and cancellations may not be possible.

6. Shipping & Tracking Issues

  • We ship from U.S. warehouses for faster delivery. Most orders arrive within 4–10 business days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier and neighbors before contacting us.
